Journalist Muhammad Majadala, a News 12 reporter and head of the news division of Radio A-Nas, revealed details about his engagement and the massive wedding he and his family are planning in an interview with Guy Peleg's podcast. Majadala said he got engaged after a relationship of about two years to his fiancée May, who works in public relations, and who first contacted him under tense professional circumstances when she scolded him over a problem caused by one of his reporters. The couple plans to marry next year in Baqa al-Gharbiyye. His family is planning a huge event to which about 10,000 guests will be invited, similar to his sister Marwa's wedding, which had over 7,000 attendees. The event will be held in a 'receptions' format of four hours each due to the unusual number of participants. Majadala strongly denied any intention to separate Jewish and Muslim guests, saying he advocates integration.
