Zini emphasized the duty to change and stay ahead of the enemy: "The security reality is changing before our eyes. The enemy studies us, adapts itself, develops new capabilities and methods of operation. Therefore, we too must change and quickly." He called for challenging, innovating, and initiating in order to identify change before it becomes a threat. Zini stressed the magnitude of the mission, humility, and commitment to defending the homeland, and said that the memory of the fallen must be carried as a commandment to be better.
