Zelicha: "Netanyahu sold the economy to monopolies and extortionists"

Professor Yaron Zelicha, a Knesset candidate from the joint list of the Reservists' Movement and the Economic Party, held a press conference presenting an economic program. He accused Prime Minister Netanyahu of selling the economy to monopolies and extortionists, promising to take it back. Zelicha also invited Finance Minister Smotrich and Naftali Bennett to an economic discussion.

He commented on Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's attacks against him, stating that Netanyahu attacks because he knows that if Zelicha becomes finance minister, the public will understand that everything could have been 20% cheaper. Zelicha also accused Netanyahu of having "sold the economy to monopolies and extortionists" and promised to "take it back." He characterized the choice as between oligarchy and the interests of citizens. Additionally, Zelicha invited Finance Minister Bezalel Smotrich and chairman of the Be-Yahad bloc Naftali Bennett to an economic discussion.
