Yariv Oppenheimer, former secretary-general of Peace Now, says in an interview with i24NEWS that he prefers a government relying on the Arab parties (Tibi, Abbas, Hujairat) over a partnership with Likud and Religious Zionism. According to him, Netanyahu lost the elections and the left has strengthened.
Yariv Oppenheimer, former secretary-general of Peace Now, was interviewed on the program 'Kabinet Shishi' on i24NEWS and expressed open support for forming a government that would rely on the Arab parties, including Ahmad Tibi, Mansour Abbas, and Yasser Hujairat. According to him, the election results show that Netanyahu and Likud lost votes, while the left has strengthened. Oppenheimer claims that sitting under Netanyahu is worse than sitting with him, and that he prefers a coexistence coalition over a partnership with right-wing parties he calls 'racist.' He quotes Bennett, who promised to prevent the continuation of the 'murder coalition.'
