Yaakov Buzaglo is not ashamed: "I would let Tibi be Minister of Health"

Former Israeli footballer Yaakov Buzaglo published a Facebook post calling for the integration of Arabs as equal citizens and proposed appointing Ahmad Tibi as Minister of Health. Buzaglo, who recently defined himself as left-wing, supports the 'Democrats' party.

Against the backdrop of the results of the 26th Knesset elections, former footballer Yaakov Buzaglo published a Facebook post calling for the integration of Arabs in the country as 'equal citizens'. In the post, he proposed: 'I would let Tibi be Minister of Health, since our health is already in their hands.' Buzaglo, the father of former footballers Maor, Asi, Ohad, and Almog, added that 'we have an opportunity to integrate them with us, not as second-class citizens.' He noted that he sees no problem with integration and that it could advance the country. Only a few months ago, Buzaglo revealed his political stance and defined himself as left-wing, while supporting the 'Democrats' party led by Yair Golan. According to him, he received an offer to cooperate with the party but chose not to rush.
