Winter: "Those who don't vote for us will see Yair Golan's true face"

Brig. Gen. (res.) Ofer Winter, one of the leaders of the "Amcha Yisrael" party, attacked tonight at a conference in Rishon LeZion the chairman of Yisrael Beiteinu, Avigdor Lieberman, and the chairman of the Democrats, Yair Golan. Winter accused Lieberman of misleading his voters and said that a partnership with Golan would not bring a decision for the right. He threatened that without public support, "we will see Yair Golan's smug face." Winter also attacked the creator of the film "Naz'a," Yuval Abraham, and told him "you have nothing to return to."

Brig. Gen. (res.) Ofer Winter, one of the leaders of the "Amcha Yisrael" party, attacked tonight (Tuesday) at a party conference in Rishon LeZion the chairman of Yisrael Beiteinu, Avigdor Lieberman, and the chairman of the Democrats, Yair Golan. At the conference, attended by hundreds of activists and supporters, Winter said about Lieberman: "He is misleading his voters. He tells them he will bring a decision and bring a message to the right. I'm sorry, Yvette, but whoever relies on senior partners like Yair Golan in the government cannot decide. With them, it simply cannot happen." Later, Winter attacked Golan and said that if his party is not strong, "we will see Yair Golan's smug face." He recalled things Golan had told him in the past about calling him "messianic" for reciting the Shema prayer before a battle in Gaza. Winter added: "Whoever does not vote for Amcha Yisrael will find themselves with Yair Golan and Gaby Lasky in positions of influence. And that is dangerous." Winter also attacked the creator of the film "Naz'a," Yuval Abraham, and told him: "You have nothing to return to" and that "it is a shame and a disgrace to return after you spat in the faces of your people." He offered to meet with him "face to face" to explain to him "how ungrateful you are."
