American scientists conducted a study demonstrating that a balanced diet, proper sleep schedule, and regular physical activity can slow biological aging. The two-month experiment involved six women aged 46 to 65. They followed doctors' recommendations, adhering to a special diet, sleep schedule, physical activity, and relaxation practices. Blood analysis at the end of the experiment showed that five of the six participants experienced a reduction in biological age. Depending on the degree of adherence to the recommendations, rejuvenation ranged from one to 11 years, with an average of 4.6 years. None of the participants were able to fully comply with all prescribed rules, but even partial adherence to the program led to significant results. The diet included leafy greens, cruciferous vegetables, colorful vegetables, pumpkin and sunflower seeds, beets, liver, eggs, wild berries, garlic, green tea, oolong tea, rosemary, and turmeric. Participants also took probiotics, drank 8 glasses of water daily, engaged in at least 30 minutes of physical activity each day, practiced breathing exercises, slept at least 7 hours per night, and maintained a 12-hour interval between the last meal and breakfast. Even 82% adherence to the plan resulted in a reduction in biological age.
