Maccabi Tel Aviv will host Real Madrid tonight (Thursday, 21:05) in Belgrade, as part of the seventh round of the EuroLeague. Oded Kattash's team arrives after an impressive win over Valencia, but faces a significant injury to guard Ife Lundberg, who will be out for at least six weeks due to a partial tear of the quadriceps tendon. Following the injury, the club has accelerated its search for another guard, hoping for progress as early as this week. Yam Madar is expected to take on more responsibility. On the other side, Real Madrid arrives in excellent form with six consecutive wins in all competitions. The historical head-to-head record clearly favors the Spaniards (47 wins to 28), but Maccabi has won the last two home games by a single point. Bonzie Colson said: "Talk is cheap, we just need to win."
