"Using Starvation as a Method of Warfare": Pro-Palestinian Organization Files Complaint Against Israeli in London

The pro-Palestinian organization Hind Rajab Foundation has filed a criminal complaint with British authorities against an Israeli young man staying in London, alleging he served as a bulldozer operator in Gaza and participated in the demolition of a flour production facility. The organization demands his arrest and calls for questioning Israelis entering the country about their military service.

The pro-Palestinian Hind Rajab Foundation (HRF) has filed a criminal complaint with British authorities against L.D., an Israeli young man staying in London. According to the organization, the young man served as a D9 bulldozer operator in the 603rd Combat Engineering Battalion of the 7th Brigade and participated in the demolition of an industrial flour production facility named "Great Ocean Mills" in the Morag Corridor on May 25, 2025. The organization attributes to him alleged involvement in war crimes, crimes against humanity, and genocide, claiming that the demolition of the facility during a period of severe food shortage constitutes "using starvation as a method of warfare." The organization demands the arrest and investigation of the young man, and even calls for questioning every adult Israeli entering Britain about their military service. The complaint is based on documentation the young man allegedly published on social media. At this stage, it is not known whether an investigation or enforcement measures have been opened by British authorities. This is another complaint in a series of complaints filed by the organization in various countries, some of which have been rejected.
