The Shin Bet arrested two security personnel from the Samaria region this morning (Sunday) for questioning. The details of the arrest and the detainees are under a gag order. An unusual order was imposed on them preventing a meeting with an attorney. One of the families involved is a bereaved family. The "Honenu" organization filed an urgent appeal to the court to remove the restriction. Attorney Nati Rom from the "Honenu" organization stated: "The use of the most draconian tools of the Shin Bet against our finest sons during wartime is unthinkable. These are tools that should be reserved for terrorists and are being used against security personnel who have contributed their best years to defending the security of the state. Preventing a meeting with an attorney is reserved for extreme exceptional cases only."
