Three Bedouins from the Negev detained in Egypt for six months over 'security matters'

Three Israeli Bedouins from the Negev have been detained in Egypt for about six months under unknown circumstances. Their lawyer, who received confirmation from Israel's Foreign Ministry that they are indeed detained, has submitted requests to Egyptian authorities to find out where they are being held—but has received no response. According to the family, the detainees are not being held in a police station, a known prison, a hospital, or any official location. There has been no contact with families, no lawyer visits, no court appearances, and no Israeli consular visit. Nothing has been published in the Egyptian media about the arrest. Israel's Foreign Ministry stated that it is aware of the issue and is handling it. No official response has been received from the Egyptian side.
