For the second time in months, a residential building at 131 Jerusalem Street in Rishon LeZion was targeted. Last night (Saturday), an unidentified individual arrived at the building's lobby, fired several bullets, and fled. Four months ago, a fragmentation grenade was thrown into the same lobby, shattering the glass doors, and two suspects were arrested and indicted. Residents expressed serious concern: one resident said it was only by a miracle that a child was not hurt, adding that 100 families live in the building and it is unknown at whom the shooting was aimed. Police stated that the shooting was intended to send a message to one of the building's residents, and an investigation has been opened.
