The fourth Fluorescent – Vertigo Jerusalem festival, directed by 26-year-old Yasmin Gariv, runs November 9-13, 2026, in Jerusalem and at Kibbutz Netiv Halamed-Heh. The festival has grown threefold to five days, 14 shows, and 27 artists, expanding from contemporary dance to include circus art, performance art, and music. Gariv, who also works as a circus artist, founded the festival after repeatedly being rejected by other festivals. The event is supported by the Jerusalem Foundation and the Jerusalem Municipality. Gariv notes that the festival now fills a gap for a contemporary circus festival for adults in Israel.
