According to the report, the purpose of the visit, which will reach the Iranian capital from Oman, is to mediate between the ayatollah regime and the US administration, mainly on the gaps in the nuclear issue. It was also reported that Pakistan's army chief, Asim Munir, is also expected to arrive in Tehran in order to revive the mediation axis that Pakistan led after the ceasefire at the end of Operation Lion's Roar.
