The Norman Hotel in Tel Aviv was ranked 12th on the 2026 list of the leading hotels in the Middle East by the international travel magazine Condé Nast Traveler. The list includes hotels from the UAE, Qatar, Oman, Jordan, Saudi Arabia and Israel, alongside well-known names such as Dorchester Collection, Rosewood, Mandarin Oriental, Four Seasons and Ritz-Carlton. The hotel, which opened in 2014, occupies two historic buildings from the 1920s and includes rooms and suites, two restaurants – Alena and DININGS, a bar, a rooftop infinity pool and a collection of Israeli art. It also offers massage and grooming treatments, yoga classes and private spaces for meetings and events. At the same time, a historic building for preservation opposite the hotel is undergoing renovation ahead of the establishment of The Norman Residences, which is expected to open in the winter of 2027. The ranking gives the hotel exposure on the international tourism stage, but does not indicate room prices or the value for guests.
