The Tel Aviv District Court accepted today (Friday) the petition of Agam Tzarfati, accused of involvement in the murder of Binyahu Razi, against her detention conditions. The judges rejected the position of the Israel Prison Service, which recently published humiliating footage of her from detention. The court harshly criticized the actions of the guards in the video of the abuse of Agam and its release from the IPS, and instructed the IPS to examine the incident. An order was also given to review the request to allow her to speak with her parents, contrary to the blanket ban. Additionally, the court prohibited her solitary confinement, and the period of conjugal separation was reduced from 30 days to an additional six days. Tzarfati, a 19-year-old soldier from Jerusalem, was documented in the corridors of the IPS surrounded by masked fighters. Alongside the publication of the video, it was written: "The policy of Minister Ben Gvir: Agam Tzarfati receives treatment of terrorists." Ynet learned that the footage was published a day after the petition she filed.
