Testimonies, videos and unrevealed materials: The film meant to respond to "Nez"a"

Fighters, commanders and intelligence personnel who operated in the Gaza Strip have joined forces for a new film titled "Nez"a – The True Story", which seeks to present their version of the war and respond to claims raised in the film "Nez"a". The film, revealed on the program "Israel This Morning", includes firsthand testimonies, previously unreleased footage and materials that the creators claim refute the allegations presented in the competing film.

Fighters, commanders and intelligence personnel who participated in the fighting in the Gaza Strip have joined forces to produce a new film titled "Nez"a – The True Story", intended to respond to claims raised in the investigative film "Nez"a" by Yuval Abraham and Rachel Shor. The film was first revealed this morning (Wednesday) on the program "Israel This Morning" on Channel 14. Behind the initiative are Ariel Averbuch from the "Sword of Gideon" association and Lt. Col. (res.) Ro'i Danino. According to them, the film is based on testimonies of those who actually operated inside the Strip and on filmed material of the events. The film interviews senior officers alongside fighters, who describe decision-making during the fighting, cases where attacks were halted due to the presence of children and civilians, and Hamas's use of civilian spaces. One of the materials to be presented documents a force entering a civilian home, discovering a tunnel shaft under a baby's crib and rockets inside a cabinet with dolls and toys. Another segment shows a terrorist who was eliminated while wearing a tzitzit, illustrating Hamas's deception methods. The creators emphasize that the materials have passed the required approvals in the IDF. The film is available for viewing on a dedicated website, and it is the first episode in a series.
