MK Tali Gottlieb (Otzma Yehudit) harshly attacked Justice Minister Yariv Levin over the failure of the judicial reform, which she called "failure after failure after failure." In a speech delivered before an audience from France, Gottlieb presented an alternative plan including targeted legal measures: changing the "remedy for the sake of justice" clause in Basic Law: The Judiciary to exclude intervention in political, military, and state affairs; filing disciplinary complaints against judges, mentioning Supreme Court President Yitzhak Amit; and rotating prosecutors between districts. Gottlieb sharply criticized the Shin Bet, which she called a "subversive organization," and pilots who she claimed conditioned their service on the government's identity. She repeated her claims that she warned before October 7 about Hamas training. Gottlieb explained her departure from Likud as support for Itamar Ben-Gvir's firm positions, and called for voting for Otzma Yehudit to pull the government to the right.
