A 20-year-old man from Holon, Nahorai Skiera, was arrested on suspicion of raping a 14-year-old minor. According to the suspicion, the incident occurred on September 28: the minor was with friends at a public garden in Holon, where she met Skiera. He gave her a ride on an electric motorcycle and drove her to his home, where, according to her claim, he committed sexual offenses.
