MK Yinon Azulai of Shas attacked the Change Bloc in an interview with 103FM following Benny Gantz's departure, and called on Ofer Winter to withdraw from the Knesset race. Azulai said, "This is not a time for ego, this is a time to save our country." He ruled out sitting in a government led by Gadi Eisenkot, and said that Shas is working to establish a right-wing-religious bloc with over 62 seats. Azulai clarified that Itamar Ben Gvir's ascent to the Temple Mount is unacceptable to him, but noted that Ben Gvir is part of the bloc. The interview dealt with Shas's political strategy and calls for right-wing unity.
