Severe scooter accident in Jerusalem: 15-year-old boy injured in the head

A 15-year-old boy was seriously injured while riding a scooter on Sarei Yisrael Boulevard in Jerusalem. Rescue teams found him lying in the middle of the road next to the scooter, unconscious and suffering from a head injury. After initial treatment, he was evacuated to the trauma unit at Shaare Zedek Medical Center.
