A senior official in the 'Amcha Yisrael' party, headed by retired Major General Ofer Winter, clarifies that the party does not rule out sitting with the change bloc, despite recommending Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu to form the government. Attorney Eran Ben Ari, a party candidate, said at a house meeting that 'Amcha Yisrael' will recommend Netanyahu but is not committed to sitting only with him - and is also open to a unity government with Gadi Eisenkot and Avigdor Lieberman. The main condition the party sets for joining any government is passing the Servicemen Law, which would regulate the enlistment of Haredim and grant benefits to those who serve. Ben Ari explained that a strong political force from their party would force center-left players to compromise and join a coalition led by Netanyahu. However, Ben Ari clarified that the party's red line prevents partnership with Yair Golan and signatories of the pilots' letter, whom he called "draft dodgers."
