Modi'in Mayor Haim Bibas calls for the establishment of a national unity government led by Netanyahu and Eisenkot, warns against additional elections, and addresses the suspicion of Qatari funding: 'Any foreign money that comes in must be dealt with at the root.'
Modi'in Mayor Haim Bibas calls for the establishment of a broad national unity government led by Benjamin Netanyahu and Gadi Eisenkot. In an interview with 103FM, Bibas said that Solberg made the right decision and that 'we don't want to be Paris.' He warned against additional elections and addressed the suspicion of Qatari funding, calling to 'deal with the root' of any foreign money coming in. Bibas argued that extremism will not lead us anywhere and that Arab society turned out to vote in droves because it was made clear to them that they are in a state of emergency. He called for building a foundation of trust between Netanyahu and Eisenkot to prevent new elections.
