Marking three years since the October 7 massacre, Magen David Adom launches a dedicated website documenting the heroism of teams who operated under fire to save lives. The site includes an interactive map, a timeline, and personal testimonies revealing dramatic moments in the field. Among the stories: treating the wounded in the kitchen of the MDA station in Sderot, setting up a makeshift clinic in a synagogue in Neve, and treating two wounded soldiers in the living room of their home in Mefalsim by a paramedic and his wife while their children were in the safe room. Testimonies are presented from a paramedic who finished a 24-hour shift and remained on duty, a volunteer who evacuated wounded under fire in Alumim, and teams from Rahat who treated casualties in Ofakim. The site documents that emergency hotline 101 received over 21,700 calls, more than 1,400 ambulances and intensive care vehicles were staffed, and over 300 ambulance teams operated in the south. Alongside the activity documentation, part of the site is dedicated to memorial pages for MDA employees and volunteers who were murdered and killed. The site operates in five languages.
