According to him, Israel and the Gulf states face common threats, primarily from Iran. Hulata noted that Saudi Arabia is likely interested in closer cooperation with Israel, especially against the backdrop of developing relations between Jerusalem and the UAE. He also pointed to the economic potential of normalization, including expanding trade and developing infrastructure projects, particularly the IMEC corridor, which should connect India to Europe. Hulata emphasized that negotiations with Riyadh are important, but their outcome must be formalized in sustainable interstate agreements. Separately, he commented on Saudi Arabia's military potential, calling not to draw conclusions about the country's operational readiness based only on the quantity of weapons. Hulata also touched on the situation in Gaza, stating that Hamas continues to strengthen, receiving part of the humanitarian aid, and that the 20-point plan proposed by US President Donald Trump was not given sufficient opportunity to advance.
