Otzma Yehudit: Judicial reform? A condition for entering the next government

In the party's statement, it was said that Rabbi Ovadia Yosef was a spiritual leader who dedicated his life to the Torah of Israel, the unity of the people, and bringing communities closer to Torah and tradition, and that the decision to prevent a state event in his memory is a "disgrace" that illustrates the depth of the judicial system's disconnect from the people. Otzma Yehudit linked the High Court decision to their demand for changes in the judicial system, stating that the decision sharpens the need for deep reform in the judicial system. The party set judicial reform as a threshold condition for entering the next government.
