According to him, Israel is not upholding its part of the memorandum of understanding, is acting contrary to agreements, and is delaying ceasefire efforts. Al Thani claimed that Israel controls about 70% of the Strip's territory and continues to harm civilians, and that only 150 aid trucks enter per day compared to a commitment of over 600. He strongly rejected the 'Qatar-gate' allegations, calling them 'absurd,' and emphasized that all Qatari aid to Gaza is done in full coordination with Israel, Israeli intelligence, and the UN. Al Thani revealed that indirect talks between the US and Iran took place this week, and noted that Qatar opposes blocking freedom of navigation in the region. He claimed that the Netanyahu government has sabotaged attempts to release hostages and that Qatar has become a 'scapegoat' in Israeli political discourse.
