The ministry stated that the occupation authorities deliberately provide conditions that help spread epidemics through overcrowding, poor ventilation, water cuts, removal of cleaning supplies, and reduced shower times. The deterioration of hygiene and lack of treatment exacerbate symptoms such as severe itching, skin cracking, and infections. The ministry affirmed that the continued spread of diseases poses a threat to the lives of prisoners and requires urgent international intervention.
