The Israeli occupation authorities issued a military order seizing 26,473 dunams of land from the towns of Deir Nizam, Umm Safa, and Atara northwest of Ramallah, and two new military orders seizing 11,205 dunams of land in the Jenin governorate under the pretext of military purposes. The Wall and Settlement Resistance Commission clarified that military order No. (T/48/26) was issued on October 28 of last year and is valid until the end of 2028, granting the military commander exclusive possession of the lands specified in the attached maps. The commission noted that the included area comprises 5,891 dunams classified by the occupation authorities as "state land" (22.3% of the total), and 20,582 dunams outside this classification. The commission considered that this distribution reveals the integrated use of land classification tools and military seizure orders to provide the necessary land for settlement infrastructure.
