Martyrs and wounded in Israeli raids on Gaza

Israeli forces continue to violate the ceasefire agreement in Gaza, with martyrs and wounded falling from shelling and gunfire in various areas. Akram Yassin and his wife Dina Abu Bakr were martyred in an airstrike targeting a residential apartment near the Al-Shifa Medical Complex in Gaza, and a displaced person was injured in Al-Mawasi in Khan Younis.

Israeli forces continued to violate the ceasefire agreement in the Gaza Strip on Tuesday through artillery and aerial shelling and targeting areas sheltering displaced persons. The raids resulted in the martyrdom of Akram Yassin and his wife Dina Abu Bakr in an airstrike targeting a residential apartment near the Al-Shifa Medical Complex west of Gaza City, where the apartment caught fire after being hit by a missile fired from an Israeli Apache helicopter. In the southern Strip, a displaced person was injured by Israeli forces' fire in the Al-Mawasi area of Khan Younis, outside areas under their control, according to the Nasser Medical Complex. Additionally, Salah al-Din Street northeast of the city was subjected to artillery shelling and heavy gunfire from Israeli tanks. A woman was reported injured by Israeli army gunfire during shooting towards the Iqlimi area south of Khan Younis. These developments come amid ongoing Israeli violations of the ceasefire agreement that came into effect on October 11, 2025, despite 376 days having passed since its implementation. US President Donald Trump had announced on July 31, 2026, a "roadmap" to implement the ceasefire stages and end the war on Gaza, with Palestinian factions announcing their approval on multiple occasions.
