Footage from the scene shows family members shouting at the ex-husband Cohen: "You murdered her," as he replied to them: "You did it." Outside the courtroom, a protest was held by her relatives, with signs bearing the inscription "Justice for Lia. Your smile will forever be etched in our hearts." Her father, Yaakov, said: "They don't give us much detail about what's happening, there isn't much progress."
