Kisch: "We came to these elections disorganized - and that's where we can fall"

Education Minister Yoav Kisch said in an interview on "HaYisraelim" that the right-wing bloc came to the elections disorganized due to the prime minister's focus on the war and 'egos'. He called for voting for parties that will pass the electoral threshold, criticized Ben Gvir's statements, and addressed the Iranian threat and the need for Israeli leadership.

Education Minister Yoav Kisch was interviewed last night (Monday) on the "HaYisraelim" program and addressed the state of the right-wing bloc in the 2026 elections. Kisch said the bloc came to the elections disorganized, citing the prime minister's focus on managing the war and the issue of 'egos' as reasons, while mentioning his desire to bring in Ofer Winter, who decided not to join. He called for voting for parties that will pass the electoral threshold, and told Minister Ben Gvir that his 'shooting' inside the APC is unnecessary and that he should focus on victory. On Iran, Kisch assessed that after the US midterm elections, Trump will take significant action against the regime, and emphasized that Israel must lead against the Iranian threat. He added that if Netanyahu loses the elections, Hamas will celebrate in Gaza. Kisch expressed a desire to continue as Education Minister and presented a plan to reduce class sizes and transition to a five-day school week.
