Israel Aerospace Industries (IAI) has received two Supplier Excellence Awards from Lockheed Martin for its performance in 2025. The first award, Mission Focused, was granted for the production programs of F-16 aircraft components, including wings, vertical stabilizers, and conformal fuel tanks. The second award, Ahead of Ready, was granted for the F-35 wing production program. Lockheed Martin works with more than 1,400 suppliers and recognizes those who meet quality, delivery, operational performance, and customer support requirements. IAI CEO Guy Bar Lev noted that the partnership spans nearly four decades and is based on mutual trust and technological cooperation. In February 2026, IAI delivered the 350th wing under the F-35 program. The strategic partnership between the companies began in the late 1980s.
