Shortly after the attack in which Reserve Captain Binyahu Malet Z"L was killed, his brother began receiving dozens of threatening calls and messages. This was reported this evening (Sunday) by crime desk chief Li Ayesh on "The Main Edition." The suspect in the threats is a 13-year-old Palestinian teen. The minor was arrested by Judea and Samaria District investigators upon his return from Jordan. During questioning, he confessed and expressed regret. Following an investigation, an indictment was filed against him in recent days in the military juvenile court. Among the messages the defendant sent to the brother, he wrote: "Cowardly settler. Do you want what happened to your brother to happen to you? That you'll get a bullet, you piece of sh*t? Or are you going to shut your mouth, you son of a b*tch?" In other messages, the minor wrote: "I'm going to beat you, coward," and "My uncle killed your coward brother and I'm going to kill you." During questioning, the defendant said: "I didn't think it would turn out like this, I just wanted to laugh. Half the village would do this to a Jewish guy." When asked by the investigator if he hates Jews, he replied: "I love everyone. I'm sorry."
