Gaza Education Ministry: Israel killed 6 school students in two days and wounded two female students with live fire

The Ministry of Education in Gaza said that Israeli occupation forces killed 6 schoolchildren in the last two days, and wounded two girls with live fire by shooting at the "Muradiya" girls' school and its surroundings in Jabalia, in a systematic targeting of children and education in Gaza.

The Ministry of Education in Gaza said that Israeli occupation forces killed 6 schoolchildren in the last two days, and wounded two girls with live fire by shooting at the "Muradiya" girls' school and its surroundings in Jabalia. The ministry explained that the two wounded students are Suad Qandil Mansour Abd Rabbo (sixth grade), who was shot in the thigh requiring transfer to the operating room, and Amina Khaled Ali Khader (fourth grade), who was wounded in the abdomen. The ministry described the incident as part of "the serious and ongoing escalation" targeting Palestinian students and children, warning that repeated attacks on schools undermine what remains of the educational process in the sector. These developments come about a month after in-person schooling resumed in Gaza on September 19, following a nearly three-year hiatus due to the war.
