For NIS 200,000: Guy Peleg sues a man who protested against him

The lawsuit includes claims of defamation, invasion of privacy, sexual harassment, and torts. According to the lawsuit, on June 14, 2026, Peleg gave a lecture in Karmiel. After the lecture, Ben Attar waited with other people outside the hall, and when Peleg came out, he began cursing him and shouting "you pedophile" at him. The lawsuit alleges that Ben Attar also spat at Peleg, called him to come out and physically confront him, and made an obscene gesture. It further states that the behavior was threatening, humiliating, and aggressive, and harmed Peleg's dignity and personal security. Ben Attar has not yet filed a statement of defense.
