Head of the Samaria Council Yossi Dagan joined the protest.

A convoy of security coordinators from across the country arrived this morning (Sunday) at the Kirya in Tel Aviv to protest the detention conditions and arrest by the Shin Bet of a security official from Samaria. The protesters demand the immediate intervention of the Defense Minister in the affair. The protest comes after last night about 100 security coordinators signed an urgent letter sent to the Defense Minister, in which they wrote: "We find it difficult to accept the fact that a person who dedicates his life to protecting the residents and the security of the settlements is arrested and treated like the last of the terrorists." In their letter, they detailed the harsh detention conditions they claim their friend is experiencing, including being held in a dungeon. Supporting the struggle, Head of the Samaria Council Yossi Dagan also joined, calling for his release and demanding that the investigation be conducted by the Military Police and the police. The arrest of the two security officials was carried out last week at around 5:00 AM. The wife of one of the detainees said that a police force of at least 15 officers arrived at their home, some of them masked, and that no reason for the arrest was given. His weapon, communication devices, and ATV were confiscated, and they were prohibited from meeting with a lawyer.
