The deal, for which a memorandum of understanding has been signed, reflects a valuation of 23 million shekels and includes both of the brothers' coffee shop brands: Bread Station and BREADCAFE. Final signing is expected within about two months. Bread Station currently operates 16 branches, with 6 more under development, across a national footprint including city centers, shopping complexes, and hospitals. The chain's potential, according to them, is to reach 40-50 branches. BREADCAFE has six branches. The Avital brothers will remain CEOs of the chain and continue to lead expansion and franchisee recruitment. Previously, they founded and sold the Burger Station hamburger chain. The buyer, Kamari Group, operates 130 convenience stores and 50 franchise branches in food and retail sectors.
