The State Prosecutor's Office today (Monday) filed an indictment with the Be'er Sheva District Youth Court against an 18-year-old resident of Eilat, who was a minor at the time of the offenses, for a series of serious sexual offenses against minors, including rape, causing rape, attempted rape, and indecent acts. According to the indictment, filed by attorney Shlomit Malko from the Southern District Prosecutor's Office, the defendant exploited social meetings with children, some of them young, including a child about seven years old, to repeatedly commit sexual offenses against them during 2025 and 2026. The meetings took place in parks, shelters, and homes where the children played video games and watched television. In some cases, he continued his actions even after the minors asked him to stop. In one instance, the defendant caused a minor to commit an act of rape on another minor. Alongside the physical acts, the defendant conducted sexual correspondence with children on TikTok and WhatsApp, sent intimate images, and requested similar images. The investigation was conducted at the Eilat police station. Due to the defendant being a minor at the time of the acts, a publication ban applies to his name and identifying details.
