Drama in the West Bank: A 25-meter deep tunnel discovered near Kfar Saba

Officers from the Samaria Crime Fighting Unit (YLF) and Border Police in the West Bank uncovered a tunnel at least 25 meters deep in the city of Qalqilya, as part of a focused intelligence and offensive operation. The tunnel was in the excavation stage, and numerous weapons were seized at the scene: an M16 rifle, a sniper rifle, ammunition, magazines, telephones, a DVR device, and fertilizer used for making explosive devices. Four suspects were arrested at the scene and transferred for investigation at the police station. The police stated that forces will continue to operate proactively to uncover excavation infrastructure and weapons in the Samaria area.
