Despite the blood libel against Force 100: Netanyahu does not rule out an interview on Channel 12
In an interview with Channel 14, Prime Minister Netanyahu was asked whether he would grant an interview to Channel 12, which according to the report is behind a 'blood libel' against the fighters of Force 100. His response: 'We'll leave it open.'
Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu gave a special interview to Yehuda Schlesinger on Channel 14, to be broadcast this evening at 19:00. During the interview, Netanyahu was asked whether he intends to also grant interviews to Channels 12 and 13. Instead of ruling out an interview with Channel 12, which according to the report is behind the 'blood libel' against the fighters of Force 100, Netanyahu replied: 'We'll leave it open.' The report presents his response as puzzling, given the affair in which Channel 12 was implicated, having broadcast a video from the Sde Teiman base that was presented as documenting the abuse of a security detainee. The report claims that the affair caused significant reputational damage to Israel and that the fighters of Force 100 faced serious accusations.
