"Civil Election Observatory": 115 Attempts to Count Voters Contrary to Central Elections Committee Instructions
The 'Civil Election Observatory' reported 115 complaints about attempts to count voters contrary to Central Elections Committee instructions, at least 50 of which were attributed to Likud representatives. The 'Yashar' party also filed a complaint regarding the concealment of ballots, and 'Bihad' regarding the 'Elector' app.
The 'Civil Election Observatory', which includes about 20,000 observers at polling stations, announced that it received reports from 115 polling stations across the country about attempts by members of polling station committees or party representatives to count voters contrary to the instructions of the Central Elections Committee. In at least 50 cases, the documenters were identified as representatives of the Likud party. The 'Bihad' party also announced that it filed an additional complaint with the Central Elections Committee regarding the use of the 'Elector' app to register voters in a moshav in the Lower Galilee. The list headed by Naftali Bennett had filed a similar complaint earlier, but the Elections Committee later clarified that the complaint was incorrect. The 'Yashar' party announced that it filed a complaint regarding the concealment, destruction, or marking of its ballots, considering this a serious infringement on the integrity of the elections.
