In Afula, four stone-throwing attacks on public transport have occurred in the last ten days. The latest incident happened on Saturday evening in the Yizre'el area: unknown teenagers attacked a bus operated by Superbus on route 13, causing serious damage to the vehicle. No passengers were injured. Driver Fares Khadri reported that seven teenagers on electric bikes without helmets blocked the road and distracted him, after which accomplices pelted the bus with stones. According to him, such attacks happen regularly: last Thursday night, his windshield was completely shattered. The surge in incidents is linked to a dangerous TikTok trend.
