A heated confrontation erupted on Channel 14 after Avi Shoshan, host of the podcast "Everything is Open," called Galia Albin "a charming woman" during a broadcast. This sparked the anger of host Linor Bar, who said: "Why do we always have to add this flattery on a personal level?" Bar, who noted that she is also of Moroccan descent, added: "When I hear another Moroccan saying she is a charming woman, I am disgusted." Shoshan replied that he heard Albin's words directly to his face, and that despite the hurt he felt, he does not believe he should allow her statements to undermine his sense of self-worth. "I don't need anyone's approval," he explained. The incident occurs against the backdrop of Albin's previous statements against Netanyahu voters, whom she called "Bibists."
