Chinese e-commerce giant AliExpress is launching a new customer club in Israel called Elite. The club will be free, but membership will only be available to those who receive a personal invitation from the company, based on their order history. Club members will receive an additional 5% discount on products marked with the Elite label, and on the first day of each month, an 8% discount will be given on participating products. Additionally, during the Chinese Singles' Day sales, which will take place from November 1 to 18, members can enjoy an extra 5% discount on sale prices of products from the Choice and Brand+ categories. Alongside the discounts, club members can return participating products at no cost, provided the return request is submitted within 15 days of receiving the product, and they will have access to dedicated online customer service available 24 hours a day.
