Air Haifa airline launched today (Sunday) a new flight route from Ben Gurion Airport to Ramon Airport in Eilat. The route will begin operations on October 25, with ticket prices starting at just 79 shekels per direction, a price defined by the company as "market-breaking." Flights will operate from Terminal 1 at Ben Gurion Airport using ATR 72-600 aircraft, with a flight duration of about one hour each way. The company marks two years of operations, during which approximately 600,000 passengers flew on about 10,000 flights. Mickey Strasburger, a co-founder of Air Haifa, stated that the company aims to expand flight options for the Israeli public and bring simplicity, flexibility, and service tailored to passengers' needs to the new route. The presented price is a special introductory price, subject to seat availability.
