He arrived in the country in recent months. According to De Telegraaf, his Instagram account has about 30,000 followers, and alongside parkour videos, he also published images showing gestures identified with jihad. It was also reported that he referred to his brother, killed in Jabalia, as a "martyr" and wrote that he asks Allah for a similar fate. The affair raises questions in the Netherlands regarding background checks for students arriving from Gaza. The police have not yet opened a criminal investigation, as the video itself is not considered sufficient grounds.
