Three people were killed and several others wounded when Russian army drones attacked civilian vehicles on the Kyiv-Odesa highway, south of the Ukrainian capital. In Ukraine, such attacks are called "human safari" – a deliberate attempt to terrorize the civilian population. Two private vehicles caught fire. Russian sources claimed the damage was caused by interception debris falling on the road. Meanwhile, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky arrived in Oslo for a meeting with US President Trump's envoys, Steve Witkoff and Jared Kushner, in an attempt to restart ceasefire negotiations. The Prime Minister of Norway, the President of Finland, and representatives from Britain, France, Germany, Poland, the European Union, and NATO are expected to participate. Witkoff intends to visit Russia after the talks and meet with Vladimir Putin, presenting ideas formulated with Ukraine and European partners. Additionally, the Americans will work to secure the release of Steven Hubbard, an American teacher held in Russia.
