A little brother was born to Almog Sarusi, may God avenge his blood, who was abducted from his home and murdered in the captivity of Hamas terrorists. His parents, Nira and Yigal, brought another son into the world through a surrogate, after freezing eggs about 25 years ago. Following the tragic death of their son, they decided to explore the possibility of having another child. The first attempts at fertilization failed, but in the last attempt an embryo was formed. The pregnancy was kept secret for months, until yesterday the baby, Lavi, was born. Almog's sister, Amit, shared on Instagram: "A brother was born to you who will grow up knowing that his older brother is a hero." The mayor of Ra'anana, Haim Broida, who attended the circumcision, described the event as moving. The family wrote in the invitation: "A miracle happened to us. We will forever carry the pain of Almog in our hearts, but we are full of hope."
