The Wall and Settlement Resistance Commission recorded 3,133 attacks carried out by occupation forces and settlers against Palestinians, their lands, and property in the West Bank and Jerusalem during October 2026, along with the demolition of 129 structures. The attacks included livestock theft, assaults on vehicles and agricultural machinery, and the closure of main roads in the governorates of Tubas and Salfit. In Tubas, settlers stole livestock from the barn of citizen Ali Turki Sawafta in the Salhab area northeast of the governorate, and attacked a private vehicle and a tractor, according to the head of the Abzeiq village council, Abdul Majeed Khudairat. In Salfit, groups of settlers closed roads near the towns of Kifl Haris and Haris, in addition to the Wadi Qana road linking the governorates of Salfit and Qalqilya, and set fire to rubber tires at the site. They also blocked the road to Al-Zaytouna University for Science and Technology in the Wadi al-Shaer area with stones, impeding the movement of citizens and vehicles. These attacks come amid an escalation of settler assaults coinciding with the olive harvest season, targeting farmers and preventing them from accessing their lands, as well as stealing their property and damaging their crops. The Wall and Settlement Resistance Commission had documented 11 settler attacks within 12 hours in five governorates in the West Bank.
